Yes I did sum drywall finishing and texture with a close friend of mine and the work was for his buddy which is going to be a rental property there is already two rentals that are occupied in this building . The owner was paying us by the hr $20 well everything was good until final payment I had 10 hrs plus half of $300 owed to me which would have made my last payment to be $350 which I never received I've tried contacting both party's to no avail , so what can I do about this situation?
You could file a mechanic's lien. However, for a smaller amount like this, I would recommend taking the "buddy" to small claims court. The filing fee for small claims will probably be close to the amount you spend on a mechanic's lien filing fee. However, small claims court (think Judge Judy) allows you to present your case and hopefully get paid quickly.
Thanks for this great post
Of course, I'm happy to share with you how I make money, buddy. I often watch sports events and make bets, also to get results and points, use this link https://casasdeapostasonline.info/ there you can find any game you need, not only football, but also many other sports, very convenient. All the best to you, I hope you will be successful in this endeavor.
