I am a Board member of a HOA, we currently have a lien on a home in our HOA. Nothing is working for collecting the amount due. We are thinking of filing a Foreclosure on this lien, is it worth it? and how much would it cost?

Whether or not foreclosing a lien will be worth it is highly dependent on the situation. So, it will ultimately be up to the HOA to decide whether proceeding with a suit to enforce the lien will be worthwhile - and that will be dependent on a multitude of factors, including the amount of the lien claim, the budget, desired outcomes, the relationships involved, etc.
For detailed insight on the cost of foreclosing the lien and help on making that decision, you should reach out to a Washington attorney who has experience in this area. They should have some experience with lien enforcement suits and be able to give you a ballpark on what it'd cost.
