so my friend moved out of state and leaving her house behind we had an agreement that i would take over payments as soon as she caught it up she had late payments well we had to deep clean cause she had 5 big dogs n 5 cats the house smelled so bad it burned your eyes so we cleaned painted added allm new outlets and switches because most didnt work as they got painted over the yard was super bad we had carpets installed in livingroom n master room we also layed vinyle flooring in one room now since the remodel she wants to sell
