how can i remove the bails bond lien on my property?

how can i remove a property lien, if charges took place in 1995 in another state and the bond was issued in AZ and bails bond place no longer exists.

Your question does not make a lot of sense. It's sounds like you are talking about a judgment lien, but that is unclear. If there is a judgment from another state that is recorded in Arizona, then that is still a valid lien. States must give full faith and credit to the judgments of other states under the 14th Amendment. Assuming that the lien is a judgment from another state, the only way to get rid of it would be to pay the judgment or enter into a settlement with the judgment creditor, or filed for bankruptcy. I do not understand the part of your question about bail bonds or why that would be relevant to a lien on property.

He has a bail Bond Lien on the property and the statute of limitations is 10 years and the company is now out of business, so how does he get the lien removed?
