I am a roofing contractor/ subcontractor. Subcontracted 2 jobs for another remolder/contruction contractor which has been payed in advance on the both jobs. I haven't been payed on neither job.

I would recommend you use a Certified Commercial Collector who is licensed and bonded in Georgia and a member of Commercial Collection Agencies of America who can assist in getting you paid on a contingency bases.
