How can I protect my business when working for a third party who is not the property owner?

CaliforniaConstruction Contract

I'm an electrical contractor who has an opportunity to work for another contractor in buildings where they already have a relationship with the building/property management/owner. If the contractor is unable to pay us, I want to be able to collect from the property owner, even though my contract will not be with the owner. I'm looking for specific language we can insert into our standard contract to ensure we can collect from the property owner if it comes to that.

Opening your own business is a serious step. Have you thought thoroughly about cash loan? Which business are you going to run? Do you have partners? I would like to open my own bakery in the countryside where there are not many competitors like in a big city. Now I'm thinking about credit https://flashapply.com/states/alaska-payday-loans/ and company where it's better to take it.

I believe that it's necessary to conduct business transparently and always work with the help of contracts, agreements and other documents that can secure both parties in any matter. Most often, I take ready-made document templates here https://www.pandadoc.com/share-purchase-agreement-template/ to save time and avoid mistakes when creating a document from scratch.
