How can I go about doing a ROC for a friend so that they can get contracted work without always having to go through me?

CaliforniaLicenses

I have a friend I've been doing business with for a long time. How can I ROC on my license for him and his company so that way he can run his business and bid his jobs without having to go through me every time? What's the process and how do I get it started?

Not sure what "ROC" means. Your friend cannot be using your license, if that is what is going on. It is illegal to use another persons license and let another person use your license. It is also illegal for him to enter into contracts unless he has a contractor's license or is an employee of yours and has a Home Improvement Salesperson License issued by the CSLB. You could form a partnership or corporation with your friend. Or you friend could get his own license.
