My contractor finished a job on January 22, 2021, after four months. I did not receive a bill or any type of communication from them until May 25th when I received a notice of intent to file a lien. I informed them immediately that I had never received a bill and I would be happy to pay it if received for the correct amount. Both my daughter and I have communicated with them numerous times since then and still no bill and no answer to our requests. What can I do to be finished with this?
