In June I filed a Mechanics Lien on a property in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The home is under contract and I have been contacted by their closing attorney regarding me releasing the lien once I have reimbursed. They have owed me $5385 for over a year. Am I able to charge them interest on the $5385.00?
