How can I check other liens that may be recorded on a property?

North CarolinaMechanics Lien

Filed a lien on a property. My understanding is that there are numerous other vendors that have put a lien on the property. How can I confirm this.

The simplest way to research whether liens have been filed on a property in North Carolina is to contact the Clerk of the Court office and ask for the procedure and pricing to run a mechanics lien search. You should have all of the relevant owner and property information since you've already filed a lien on the property. Depending on the office, there may be an online database to search, or you may have to do it over the phone or in person.
