you will need to retain counsel to force foreclosure of the lien and then file a counterclaim for wilful exaggeration. this is costly and time consuming but it is your best option.

If you want to bond a lien, you will need to obtain a lien discharge bond from a llicensed surety, Court Bond does as do other firms, there is form that accompanies the bond and there are fees to pay. You may need counsel to assist.
