Question regarding a lender in control of construction jobsite, payment app. I'm a subcontractor who works with the general contractor alot, this will be our first time together when lender is in charge of funds. I'm told I have to give the GC my receipts for all materials for job to get paid. Which that information is something you don't give out especially someone you do business with a lot; is there a way to go around that so GC isn't involved in what I pay for materials, glass and everything else.
