How does one actually charge them, if you don't have accounts with them ? 1. Can I simply not pay the full invoice ? Period. 2. Do I need them to reduce their invoice ? 3. Do I need to send a completely separate invoice to their accounts dept. ? Of course I will provide them a quote from a third party as proof of costs incurred.
