Homeowner seeking lawyer to review contract proposal

IllinoisConstruction Contract

I'm a single family homeowner looking to hire a structural engineering firm to help with a substantial (for me) project to address distress on my home's facade. I have been presented with a proposal that I would like reviewed by an attorney. Those listed on this page (https://www.levelset.com/blog/top-construction-lawyers-in-chicago/) seem to have experience in huge multi-million dollar projects. Can anyone recommend a lawyer who focus on small projects like mine? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

It's important to have a lawyer review the contract
proposal you received from the structural engineering firm for your home
improvement project. While the list of construction lawyers in Chicago
you found may focus on large projects, you can find lawyers who
specialize in smaller projects by searching for real estate or
construction lawyers in your area or asking for recommendations. Be sure
to ask about their experience and fee structure to ensure they can
provide you with sound legal advice. I have a great tool here https://supremestudy.com/essay-types/proposal/
that may help you out. And remember to prioritize finding a lawyer who
is familiar with the laws and regulations in your state. They can help
protect your interests and ensure that your home improvement project
goes smoothly.

Best of luck with your project!
