How do I respond when I received a notice from Levelset of a possible lien being placed on my property?

It sounds like you received a preliminary 20-day notice. You don't do anything except pay the contractor's bill. A 20-day notice is not a lien on the property. It is just one step to filing a lien. If the bill is paid then no lien will be filed.

Bill was paid off full at start of job. This contractor is plain dirty! Thank you
