We hired a consultant that was supposed to get the engineering reports done and file for the permits. It's been 2 years and when we went to the county for information, she had done very little. She is now saying she resigns from the project. After numerous attempts requesting to get all the documents for the reports she says we will meet and either doesn't show up or doesn't answer my texts and emails. How much time does she have to turn everything in since resigning?
