GC FIRED, HOMEOWNER NOT PAYING

CaliforniaConstruction Contract

I am a sub-contractor hired by the General Contractor for a residental HVAC job. We finished 99% of the work, then the General Contractor was fired. No one has paid us. I filed the Preliminary Notice LATE, and now I am getting ready to send a 10-day notice. I am in California.

You may not get a perfected lien on this. Although, I do help companies get paid in situations just like this. Feel free to call or email me, I usually get clients paid in 5 days or so and never charge anything unless I collect.
