We are a general contractor who has completed the project and our lien deadline was 10-2-20. Due to unresolved change orders, that are now resolved, we were able to actualy final bill and that draw is not due until 11-3. We can still lien the project correct? As the lien comes before deadline to file the Affidavit of Nonpayment, there would be nothing to file for that correct? What if a client of ours does not require a lien waiver with our pay application. Even though a statutory form in GA, it is not a requirement to provide one if client doesn't require right?
