I have a sub contractor that their HQ is out of Texas, the accounting office in WI does not want to fillout the lein waivers that are required with all their pay applicatons, they want us to pre fill them out for them. I think if they want to do business in Texas they need to follow the rules here. We did advise them we can take our business elsewhere, but for now they are on several of our projects. They do not understand the waivers protect them as well. I for one fill out all the waivers when we bill and receive payment from the project owner. Who is responsible to fill the waivers out?
