Had levelset file our mechanics lien, sent papers with intent to enforce to property owner who owes us in excesses of $40,000 Was a real good friend and thinking he thinks I'm bluffing or that I don't know what I'm doing. The next step if your lien was filed correctly is to file a Complaint to Enforce your mechanic’s lien. You will then have to try the case to obtain a judgment. You need to do this to foreclose on the lien, which is required in order to force the sale of the Property to satisfy your lien.
