I AM A QUALIFIER FOR A COMPANY THAT THE OWNER IS STEALINGFROM THE CLIENTS AND DOING FAULTY WORK. WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MYSELF? HE IS DOING WORK WITHOUTA PERMIT AND CREATING PROBLEMS FOR MY AND THE CUSTOMER.HE RECENTLY SOLICITED  A CLIENT FROM SOUTH CAROLINA, FINANCETHE JOB THROUGH SYNCHRONY AND HIRED A LOCAL CONTRACTOR TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENTAND DO THE INSTALLATION. NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE SUBCONTRACTOR.IS THIS LEGAL? CAN THE ACT AS AN FINANCING BROKER?-- CAN THE CUSTOMERS FILE A CLAIM ON HIS FRO LICENSE?
