I am a contractor hired by a property management company that had a written contract to oversee & get a percentage of total remodeling cost. The homeowner did not pay his invoice and sold the property days after we had finished and closed 3 weeks ago. That makes me a subcontractor right? Use the sub lien form & shortening my deadline to two months correct?
