Hello, We filed a lien back in November, nothing happened. The client is promising to pay but doesn't know when. We wanted to set up a payment plan of as little as $200/month but the client declined. What do we do next?

You must file a lawsuit to foreclose upon the mechanics lien in the county where it was recorded within 90 days from the date the lien was recorded -- or else the lien will be stale and invalid.
