A crook contractor placed a lien at the Department of Records (not a Judgement Lien) for an unpaid balance, but he altered the original contract that i signed adding false extra's at the bottom of the page ,the reason for me to not pay the final balance it was because he didn't finish the work that was supposed to be done and i had to hire another company to do the final work that costed me another $ 3000 .it has been 2 years from filing the lien and i need some help to get this lien removed from my property.
