I have two jobs that both have liens and they reached there 120 day expiration. The customer is Linda Renner and Francis Villwock, Linda Renner is just refusing to pay and Francis Villwock says that the work was not done to his "standards", he even has an attorney to fight our bill. The question I have is... One, can we extend the deadline since they still do not want to pay and Two, what are our options from here since the 120 days are coming to an end? Thank you
