The Governor issued a stay-at-home order that became effective at midnight on Friday, March 27, 2020. Workers in "essential" industries are exempt. These industries are listed in Exhibit A to the order which can be found here: https://www.governor.nh.gov/news-media/emergency-orders/documents/emergency-order-17-ex-a.pdf.
Look at the sections on "Public Works," "Communications," and "Other Community-Based Essential Functions" to determine if your project is deemed "essential." (residential construction is covered by the 13th bullet in the "Other Community Section . . ."
