If a contractor has a License in both CA and NV and the California CSLB suspends the the Contractors license in California does that have any affect on the Contractors Nevada License? I have a wage claim civil judgment from Superiors Court of California. CSLB is suspending the contractors license for failure so satisfy judgment. The contractor also has a NV contractors license. Could this affect licensing in both states? Contractor also has an unfavorable EDD payroll tax audit and misclassification of employee/contractors in the works.
