Does a nonresidential general contractor need to file a Notice to Owner in Tennessee?

Tennessee

I'm an out of state general contractor preparing to start work on a non-residential commercial construction project in Tennessee. Do I need to file a Notice to Owner?

Tennessee prime contractors are only required to send Notice to Owner if the project is an owner-occupied, residential project. So, on a commercial project, a Notice to Owner shouldn't be required.
