I know and NOC is good for a year in Florida but do you have to start the project within a certain time of the filing? Our customer wants to be present when the work is done and it has been delayed since June for various reasons. The NOC was filed in June when the work was originally scheduled to start. Just trying to figure out if we need to refile the NOC or not.
