Subcontractor provied lien waiver and the sub-subcontractor filed a notice of intent to lien. will the lien be valid?

A lien waiver will only be valid against the person or company that executed the waiver. A subcontractor's lien waiver will not waive any mechanics lien rights for the sub-subcontractors or suppliers that they hired, or any other party down the construction payment chain for that matter.
