Yes, we do. In fact, Levelset offers three types of demand letters, each one drafted in escalating tones to get you paid what you've earned. We have a friendly reminder, a slightly more serious payment demand, then a Notice of Intent to Lien to show that you know your mechanics lien rights, and are willing to enforce them.
Demand letters are a great way to maintain business relationships while performing your due diligence before escalating the payment dispute through mechanics liens or litigation. Not only that but if the dispute does eventually escalate to arbitration or court proceedings, those who attempted alternative means of collection (such as demand letters) ahead of time are typically cast in a more favorable light in the eyes of arbitrators or judges.
