Levelset does not have a downloadable template for an escrow agreement, but it looks like there are a number of results if you Google the term "escrow agreement template download."
Keep in mind, though - downloadable forms tend to be one-size-fits-all. Meaning, the particular template might not be best suited for your situation. Instead, consulting a local New Jersey construction attorney and having them draft up an escrow agreement might make more sense.
