Our last date of providing material on this project was 9/17/20. We still have not been paid. Can you advise our rights to lien (if any) at this time?

If you have a direct contract with the owner you still have lien rights against the owner but not third parties.

Only if you properly served the owner with a section 24 notice within 90 days of your last work date or you were listed on a sworn statement delivered to the owner by the general contractor.
