We supplied materials to a contractor in Virginia on a commercial project. The first invoice is dated 3/5/2020 and the most recent invoice is 7/30/2020. Are we still able to file a lien?
You have 90 days from last supply of materials in which to record a lien. You also need to look 150 days back from date of lien or completion of work to determine the scope of the lien
