We have a direct PO with the University of Florida in Gainesville to manufacture & deliver a custom products. We do not install our products. Our products are installed by mechanical contractors who have a direct PO/contract with the Univ of FL as well. Do we need to issue a Preliminary Notice to perfect our rights? We have not been provided a surety bond by the University.
