We are a rental company in Texas that sometimes rents our equipment to other rental companies. Do we have lien rights on these re-rentals?

Not likely. Liens are for labor or materials provided for improvements on real property. If you are able to trace your tools to a specific property and you have not been paid, then you would treat the situation as if you were a 3rd tier or lower materials supplier.
If you are unable to trace your tools to a specific property and GC, you are going to have a very large problem on your hands and it may not be worth it to file because then you still have to enforce it in court.
