Do we have lien rights if we filed a lien after the property was foreclosed on? The work was performed before the foreclosure.

Texas

We filed a lien on a commercial project in Texas on December 3. We were the architect / engineers hired by the property owner. We have subsequently learned that there was a foreclosure on the property back in early October. So this creates a priority question. Work on the property pre-dates the deed of trust on the loan which was foreclosed on. So the question is do we have legal standing to have filed the lien?
