They need to be signed by someone authorized by the company to do so. So if you have, as example, a branch manager who is authorized, that person can sign. Some GC’s / Owners, however, might ask for a letter on company letterhead from an officer stating that the BR Manager is authorized. That can usually be a ‘to whom it may concern’ and dated years ago.
