DAB Constructions is not paying and pulled of of several FDOT projects. Word is they are going banqurancy /or letting the surety take over
please advise what do to to recover my 100,000.00

I agree with Mr. Bass. I write separately only to note my experience is that a nonpayment lawsuit on a bond, with an attorney pressing the claim, is likely to get more attention faster than a simple claim against the bond.
