CaliforniaPreliminary Notice

In some cases, the property owner changes on a job. If this happens will I have to send a new preliminary notice?

As long as a preliminary notice is properly sent at the start of the job, a California construction business will generally not need to send revised or updated notice during the life of that job - even when the property has changed hands during the process.
