Hi, my contractor has made multiple mistakes while constructing my house and many of these still are not corrected. I have been paying biweekly draw and down and nearing the end of construction. I really feel that a portion of should be retained until he corrects some major problems. What rights do I have to retain some payment or do I need a lawyer? I am paying with my own assets so I do not have a loan company to help with this. Thanks Cathy Zehnder
