Hers my question: I’ve been working for a customer since March/April, we’re a bit behind schedule, permitting took longer, my partner split, and Covid happened. A few other issues arose and now I’ve just learned that the homeowner and his wife have hired another contractor to finish the work on my contract. Does this breach my contract?
