i worked for a painting company for 28 yrs when we worked on prevailing wage jobs he paid me the cash part but he said he had the right to keep the benefit side because he pays for my vacation, he didnt pay for my health or 401 in any way i've sat down and figured it out over 28 yrs it adds up to about 325,000 dollar and now i'm at retirement and i have nothing
