Is there a dead line for filing a lien in OK?

Yes. Parties who contract directly with the property owner must file their mechanics lien within 4 months after the last date of providing services or materials. Sub-contractors and other parties who do not contract directly with the property owner, on the other hand, only have 90 days from last providing services or materials on a project in which their lien must be filed.
