We are a general contractor also responsible for design/engineering. When determining the date labor/materials first delivered (as it pertains to notices), would that date be the date the design/engineer first began their work (which would not be at the job site) or does this date only pertain to when someone actually begins works at the job site?
The question says you secs GC so I am not sure what notices you are referring to.
