Contractors had 2 no call no shows. After the 1st no show we rescheduled and they did it again the 2nd time. After the 2nd time, we no longer had the window available for the project. We cited that they breached the contract by not showing up to do the work when we scheduled it. They are demanding a cancelation fee and threatening to take us to court. No money was exchange and the only approval is via email, "Looks good."
