According to Florida's Department of Business & Professional Regulation ("DBPR") website, it appears that building a metal building for compensation will require a license. However, small prefabricated buildings may have more lenient rules which you can read about here (by scrolling down and clicking "Construction Industry" on the left side of the screen): Services Requiring a DBPR License. Of course, if you have additional licensing questions, you can reach out to the Florida DBPR directly at that site, as well.
Further, keep in mind that there may also be local licensing or permitting requirements that apply to the project. You can get some basics on permitting and building compliance here: Permitting & Building Compliance | Santa Rosa County.
