We are doing work for Katerra on a Public Housing Project in MT. The project is still ongoing. Private owners are financing the project. They have asked us to give them a copy of the contract from Katerra to us. The contract specifically states the following "Confidential – Not for Distribution © 2015, KTC. This document is subject to copyright laws pursuant to §106 of the Copyright Act of 1976. Any reproduction of its contents is expressly prohibited by federal law. All rights reserved." We feel we are not allowed to share this with anyone else. Are we correct?
