I am a customer who signed a building agreement with a builder here in florida whose license is suspended, does not acknowledge emails, does not answer phone calls and does not provide the ability to leave a message. The agreement I signed was in may of this year, dated 9/28. I gave a deposit, and he has not paid for work provided, drafting and such with bills now dues 60 days. Is a termination letter in order?what is the cost to send a termination letter to him?
