I have workwd fir a company 50 to 70 HR weeks never called out for 2 years and this virus hit and I got a reg cold and they told me to stay hime for 2 weeks I had to fight to get paid and they made me use my paid time off only 2 days of it and I had to fight to use 1 vacation day I never got them back they wouldnt let me sign up to unemployment I have pages of text from the owner and office lady telling me to just wait not to do anything or say anything. Then I had my kids home cauae schools closed and I worked 3rd and it was impossible to sleep in a trailer with 2 kids home I told them my problem they said there was nothing they could do. I was the only guy on nights with kids at home so I gave my notice to quit and they said I was done right then now I'm fighting to get unemployment because they denied me even tho I would still be working there if it wasn't the virus I just need to know if I have a case I have all our conversation in texts on my phone and a good work record with them
